If you're considering opening a Lotte Berk studio in your area, a great way to begin to understand what Lotte Berk Method is all about is to view the DVD. They were filmed using our actual teachers from our New York studios. The kit is comprised of four (4) recordings addressing different exercise segments.

Although we would want you to experience the Lotte Berk Method in a live studio, the DVDs come close to the experience. In fact, we urge our future teachers and instructors to go through them before beginning their actual certification training.

Please note: These were filmed for an at-home audience without an instructor, therefore they have been toned down in intensity. Also, the studio Lotte Berk Method makes use of dumbbells and ballet bars which are minimal in these recordings.

However, the DVDs have special bonus segments which intensify the exercise over the regular featured exercises. That will come closer to the actual in-studio experience.
